He has Retired as Secretary, LGED Ministry and had top position in many government and non government organizations. He is a well travelled persons and visited many countries of the world like UK, USA, Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia. Presently, he is the Chief Advisor & Director of Divine Group.

Monoar Hossain Pathan

Monoar Hossain Pathan, Vice Chairman, completed his Masters in Economics from Jaganath University. He has vast experiences on real estate sector and he is also the Managing Director of Prionti Advertising Ltd. He is a dedicated member of Divine Group travelled many countries like UAE, UK and USA.

SM Habibur Rahman

Managing Director

SM Habibur Rahman, Managing Director started his professional career serving in prestigious positions in different private and public sectors. He subsequently became a pioneer in establishing Divine Group of Companies Ltd. He is a successful businessman and 16 years experience in Real Estate sector. He had completed Masters from Dhaka College. He travelled different parts of the world such as USA, UK, Australia, Canada, France and the Middle East countries. With his experience and dynamic leadership, the company is steadily grown over the years.

Ahsan Uddin Murad

Director Development.

Ahsan Uddin Murad was graduated from Feni College under Chittagong University. He is a very well experienced person in real estate, development and housing sector. He is the Chairman of Divine Holdings Ltd and now working as the Director Development of Divine Group.

Mr. ANM Kefayetullah

Director Finance.

Mr. ANM Kefayetullah was graduated from Chittagong University on Finance. A cool and energetic person, he was involved in dealing with Accounts and Finance for the last 10 years in different financial institutions. Presently, he is working as the Director Finance of Divine Group.

Mr. Mohammad Golam Mawla

Director Marketing.

Mr. Mohammad Golam Mawla has completed his Masters in Economics from Jaganath University. He is an experienced person involved in HRM, marketing and tourism in the last 10 years both home and abroad. He is a well travelled person visited most of the countries of Asia. Presently, he is working as Director Marketing of Divine Group.

Hedayet Ullah Mawla has completed his Masters. He has 9 years experience in development and legal. He travelled many countries of Asia.

Mr. Abdullah Al Mashud

Director Foreign Affairs

Mr. Abdullah Al Mashud completed his Masters in Foreign Affairs from Dhaka University. He is an expert on sales and marketing, experienced person on marketing promotion both home and abroad. He visited many countries of the world like UK, USA, Middle East and Europe. Presently, he is the Director International Affairs of Divine Group.

Professor Abdul Karim

Director

Mr. Karim Completed his BBA and MBA from the esteemed educational institution Dhaka University major in Finance. After completing his studies he chose the teaching profession and joined Dhaka City College as a lecturer in 2005. Moreover, he is also engaged in his family business which is the readymade garments sector. In the teaching profession, he earned name and fame at the highest level.
Due to his keen interest in business, he joined the Divine Family as a director from the beginning. He has an eagerness to learn and enthusiasm in the real estate sector and he already visited KSA, Malaysia, India, Nepal, Qatar, and Bahrain.
